[ Sourdough Loaf ]
A rich, flavorful bread made from white flour and leavened using natural yeast that gives it a subtle, tangy taste. Buy two loaves, because these always disappear fast! Goes great with just about anything and there is no wrong way to eat it!
[ Baguette ]
Our signature white sourdough shaped into a more sandwich-friendly and snackable shape. Slice it either way, or just rip off a chunk with your hands and enjoy!
[ Country Loaf ]
Another naturally-leavened loaf like our sourdough, this one is made using a special in-house blend of white, whole-wheat, rye, and spelt flours to create a more full-bodied and textured loaf. Perfect for toast or sandwiches!
[ Avocado Toast ]
Thick, hearty slices of our Country Loaf toasted to perfection and topped with fresh La Noscean Avocado slices, with a bit of olive oil and balsamic vinegar. Perfect for a light and filling meal at any time of the day!(Note: If you do not want one of the loaves off the shelf, ask Niraya to make it "extra fresh"* for you.*)
About the Bakery

Greenmeadow Bakery is a small, artisan bakery located in Gridania's Lavender Beds. It was founded to bring high-quality, handmade loaves of bread to the Twelveswood area as well as to create a warm, relaxed space where people can enjoy a cup of tea or the time-honored tradition of breaking bread together. All of the breads, pastries, and teas are made from scratch using only the finest ingredients!
The owner & Head Baker

Nira Meadows was among the many who were displaced and left wandering Eorzea aimlessly in search of a new home in the wake of the Calamity's destruction. After years of traveling the land, this scrappy gal finally settled in the Twelveswood and came to call Gridania home. But Niraya eventually found herself craving the crusty and tangy breads she grew up eating back home, and that none of the local shops even seemed to have heard of. After inheriting an old cottage that used to belong to her family, she took matters into her own paws and founded Greenmeadow Bakery to satisfy her bread cravings and also share a taste of her homeland with you.
